My appointments are relatively easy and Lindsay is great for her poise and explanations. She is always calm and has her notes ready when she comes in to visit.

Been seeing Denise Butler for a few years and she takes good care of me. She works trying to find a solution to my headaches/migraines to make me comfortable and then we follow up if medical care suggestion doesn’t work. I really like their practice here.

This place and its practitioners and staff are THE BEST! When we go there, they ALL treat us like the only customer they have today and the only one that matters. Health issues that require a neurologist are a bit overwhelming, at best. This office truly GETS IT and makes navigating new waters seem more like a calm and gently moving river, as opposed to roaring rapids. There aren’t numbers high enough on this survey to rate Denise Butler, Dr. Imam, the MAs, and the front desk staff.

Always greeted with a hello and smile. Customer service excellent. Feel welcomed and cared for. Doctors explanation of my conditions explained to me so I can understand. Never feel rushed and feel so comfortable to ask any questions I might have.
